I am the author of The People’s Guide to the United States Constitution.  I got a call from a News TV station asking me to appear as a guest on a show.  The show is hosted by a no-nonsense news anchor who knows the Constitution cold and would likely ask me to interpret current controversial events against the Constitution.  

I agreed to the interview thinking I had a week to prepare.  However, the assistant called back and scheduled me to appear on the show the very next day! I panicked.  I didn’t want to be a deer in the headlights or make a fool out of myself when interviewed.  I immediately called SkyBright's Derek De Vette, whom I knew to be an expert PR professional.

It was my first time as a Gala chair for a non-profit organization. I was justifiably terrified of the job ahead of me and lost as to where to begin.
